Europa Capital and Keystone have sold a portfolio of offices in Valby comprising c. 25,000 sq m. Through our nearly 3 years of ownership we have increased the NOI by almost 40%. Part of this uplift has come from an increase in occupancy from 74% to 85%. We believe very much in future growth in the Valby office market and with tenants lined up for another 10% of the space we are happy to hand this excellent portfolio over to the new owner.
